I am also a shameless chatter, sometimes, when I start yapping, it’s impossible to shut me up. I enjoy sleeping a little too much, I am also a part time insomniac. I am shy beyond reason and hate drawing attention to myself. I am no-so-mildly obsessed with the undead (vampires, not ghouls, ghosts, & zombies). I enjoy cooking and love baking.

I don’t make friends easily, but the ones I make I tend to keep (with a few exceptions). I do, however, believe very strongly that friendships, like any relationship, can and sometimes does outlive it’s usefulness. I can count my really close friends on one hand, excluding Matt because he’s elevated to something much more than friendship, he’s my soulmate. I believe that it is possible to have more than one soulmate and that friends can be that for you, even if you’re not romantically involved. Sometimes, friendships are just more than that. I’m a firm believer that friends should always support one another’s dreams and hopes, and at the same time, always tell the truth. It’s a difficult balance, but one that I have with several of my really close friends and it’s wonderful.

Finally, my favorite color is pink. Yes, pink!

The Pretty Pessimist, at prettypessimist.com, was registered on September 27, 2009 at name.com. The Pretty Pessimist, along with my other blogs, is hosted by HostGator, who uses clean, Texas wind energy.

I chose the domain name prettypessimist.com because I feel that it speaks volumes about who I am. I also own kristynmarie.com, aturnofpage.com, electronicescape.com, and all their subdomains.

Comments:

My commenting policy is simple: behave and I won’t have to censor you. Honestly, I hate censorship, hate it, and am not prone to doing so. I will, however, censor strong, repetitive profanity and hate language. I don’t tolerate hate. I also don’t consider religious or political opinions hate speech. Disagree all you want, just be nice about it and we’ll be fine. Finally, don’t attack another commenter without good cause, and I’m not talking about debate here, don’t threaten another commenter, I take that personally.

Long story short, be nice and I won’t censor you.
